She'd heard rumors of strange occurrences and equipment malfunctions, but nothing that would suggest a catastrophic containment breach. The implications were too terrible to contemplate

"It's...coded, sir. We're trying to decode it, but it's not matching anything in our database." I'm detecting some kind of...biological signature...inside

As they entered the facility, they were met with a scene of utter chaos: destroyed equipment, scattered papers, and...evidence of something having been restrained. But it was the log entry on the main console that made Sarah's blood run cold: " Lieutenant Chen said
