The data collection period spanned six months, from January to June 2022.

The Qiwa app has become a household name in many countries, offering a convenient and user-friendly platform for various online transactions. The app's popularity has led to a large number of downloads from the Play Store, with new versions being released regularly. However, some users may not be satisfied with the latest version and may seek to download older versions of the app.
The results of the study show that there is a significant demand for old versions of the Qiwa app. During the data collection period, a total of 237,145 downloads of old versions were recorded, accounting for approximately 15% of all Qiwa app downloads. The most popular old version was Qiwa 7.0.2, which was downloaded over 12,000 times.
